When is Coach John Available?

Any weeknight, or on weekends (Saturdays or Sundays from 1 pm onward).

Where Would it be Held?

• Any indoor space available to you to rent (gymnasium or a large room with a large play area)

• During nice weather, it can be held at an outdoor park or venue of your choosing.

• Niagara Region only (see possible travel fee under "What is the cost?" below)

What is Included?

• Coach John will run fun games with the kids to ensure they are all involved and having the party of a lifetime!

• If the party is themed, Coach John can follow any theme of choice!

• Special requests are welcomed.

What Ages?

Coach John can run fun games suitable for any age from 2 yrs & up!

What is the Cost?

  • 1 Hour

    $100 + tax

  • 1.5 Hours

    $150 + tax

Prices listed are for parties of 15 kids or under. Add $15 for parties of 20 or under, $35 for parties of under 25, and $45 for 25-35 kids as we will require an additional staff member working.

Please note there is a travel fee of $20 for locations outside of Niagara Falls, St. Catharines and Niagara-on-the-lake.

DSBN school gymnasium rental information (please note fees may have changed):

  • Please note that a Caretaker must be on duty at all times for birthday party permits and the Caretaking fee is $28.00 an hour Monday-Saturday and $40.75 an hour for Sundays and holidays. (plus HST)

  • Birthday parties are considered Category #4 -- Non-Profit Community and Adult Programs.  All permit bookings must be done on line through DSBN.org under "Community use of Schools".  There is a one time processing fee of $10.00 and they charge by the hour for use of the gym, depending on the school and size of gym you chose (small gym is $7.50/hr, double gym is $18/hr).
